I've just completed week 5 with a 20 jog , at the beginning I thought I couldn't do it but I'm over the moon that I did, I'm not exactly built for jogging but I'm really enjoying it .

It sounds intimidating, but some good music can really help with taking your mind off the fact that you have to run for 20 minutes
You will be fine. Just remind yourself you did 16 minutes in W5R2 with a 5 min walk, so no stopping for 21 minutes. So you are prepped. Too many go into this convinced they are jumping from 8 minutes to 20. But unless they didn't complete W5R2 this is not the case. Don't underestimate your achievements so far.

You are built for running. You just did 20 minutes. You just don't realise it yet. Maybe that last run will allow you to start believing.
