Thank you for all the comments on my last post! I read it this morning in bed at 5am and it motivated me to get out there! I have noticed that running away from your home means that you have to run back! My first road run, up and down inclines and risked seeing other human beings! 28mins run and 4.4km distance... really really enjoyed it! Thank you all!
