W8R3 done

My knees hurt, feet hurt, it was raining, didn't want to, other things need doing, such are the excuses running through my head this morning. My one concession was to run on the treadmill and after a couple of weeks running outside it was the easiest run of the three. I even added an extra minute, was going to do the full 30 but I know I should stick to the programme! Onward to week 9 - soo excited to be reaching the end!
