Finished week 3

We started 5 weeks ago and we were concerned about week 4! We have repeated a few weeks and repeated week 3 a few times and gradually extended the last run! Today we ran 5 mins so feeling prepared for week 4 and week 5 doesn't look too daunting! Can't believe I can run five mins after struggling so hard with week 1!

Great stuff!

If you complete a run then you will be able to cope with the next one. At least that is the plan. You will instill more confidence in yourself and the programme, if you move on, rather than repeat unnecessarily.

Keep it up.

We have repeated because we weren't ready to move on! I would rather repeat than move on too soon and fail!
