Obviously my policy of worrying in advance and then getting bored with worrying works! For those with this run looming - it really is true what they all say. If you've done the preceding runs you can do this one and I feel on top of the world!!!! π π π

I did W5R3 yesterday and I was dreading it. I didn't think it was possible to be at 5 minutes at the start of the week and 20 minutes by the end of the week BUT IT IS! I am so pleased with myself. To anyone dreading it as much as I was - don't. I still don't like running but I've found that it doesn't really get any worse after 5 minutes so if you can do 5 minutes then you can do 20 and if I can do it anyone can!!!!! Keep going

I am also now voraciously hungry and rather tired- craving sweet things especially. I think I should have fed myself something better than beer and crisps last night! 'Depleted ' is the word for me now. Anyone else experienced that after a special run?
