Was getting stressed about this. It's all in the mind. Give yourself a check over as you're running. Can I breathe? Yes. Are my legs working? Yes. Just keep going then! If you're listening on the app then there is encouragement every 5mins and a 2 minutes until the end reminder. ๐

This will be me and a frIend on Sunday. Feeling apprehensive but keep telling myself we've managed every run so far so there's no reason why we can't do this one. I even found the two 8 min runs far more comfortable than I expected so hopefully I'm ready!

Know how you feel - I was there last week. Just done w5r2 - and dare I say r3 is less dreaded now. If I pause during it so be it but I think some semblance of jogging should be possible - maybe. I find the 'imagine someone over the hedge doesn't know your legs are jogging' advice helps. Calms me down. Keep going!

Thanks! I know it's not about time! I really want to do 5k within the 30mins. Feel better when there are less walking intervals but having said that it is good to have a recovery interval. Need to build my leg strength up and thinking about buying new trainers. Mine off eBay and I might treat myself to a fitted pair.
