W9R2 dramatics

So... week 9R1 was Wednesday then we had a school trip to hadrian's wall on Thursday... 4miles os steep hills left me aching... I have since took a couple of days to wait until my legs stopped burning.

Went out today (very reluctantly) sneezing everywhere and dog in tow as always. Decided to speed up the first section turned back to look for dog... he was gone.. last time I saw him he was heading to the river... phoned partner distraught to find said dog had headed back home... must have been his gremlins...

Anyway started the run again (discounting first four minutes as I forgot to turn app off when looking for dog) and now I am done.... hardest run yet but SOO glad I achieved it! Had visions of never running again!

One more to go!!! Eeeeeeeeh!
