Eight down two to go

Awake at 4:30 so decided to do a see how far run sun was quite low in the sky so could not see where I was going half the time so five minute warm up and we are off kept it nice and slow no one out this just me the birds and a couple of cats. 75 minutes later we are done and dusted ran 6k and walked 2k and now for two days rest.

That's awesome, I love being out early in the morning too. I often have work calls from 6 or 7 am and have to leave the house at 5. It's such a different world!

Also a casual 6k is awesome.

It was quite casual and only the second 6k since I graduated last year

Wow that's great 😁

I love being out early- it's so peaceful and fresh. Don't think I'll ever make 6K as 5K seems a long way off at the moment 😳

You will get there it has taken me nine months to get to that but I did stop during the winter due to being a southern softy

brilliant running time, the thought of 75 mins makes my knees pop 😁 just done my first post grad run (with Laura still) 30 mins done and now resting up as a long carboot walk followed the run

Thanks trying to train for the Bumpstead 10 but might run out of time as it is on the 18 June will probably have only got to 8km

maybe being in a crowd will give you the extra 20 mins running time I'm sure you will crack it slow n steady MOK
