Woke up early feeling a bit stressed about work stuff that needs to be done today. It's such a beautiful morning here in the Midlands, so I got up and got out for the last run of the week. I'm so glad I did it! But how is it possible that my route seems to be uphill all the way there and uphill all the way back , especially as it's on the route of an old railway line, and the map says its flat?

Well done! I agree about the hills ... I'm in Derbyshire and it seems nowhere is flat here!! Good luck for next week!
