Hi all, i've just completed my 2nd run and it was really hard, felt like calling a taxi to return me home after, but I am so so pleased I didn't. I'm so pleased to have found this group coz it quite motivating knowing I am not the only one trying. Today I did about 2.5miles in 35 mins but omg my hips are so painful.

Keep it really slow at this point..our bodies need time to adjust to the new scary things we are doing to them!!!
Slow and steady, and focus a tad on landing lightly.... onward and upward
