Need to get going

I'm on the day where I am due to do week 5 run 3 and although when I finished run 2 I felt lke there was no doubt I would be able to do this run, this morning I've woken up feeling more hesitant and almost a little panicky about it. I'm planning on going out in the next half hour, I just hope I can actually make myself get out and go.

You can do it! Out you go! Just take it steady and enjoy yourself. Post back on here later when you've done it. x

Hope your shoes are on and you are currently out there running like a gazelle. Sitting in the house won't get you anywhere, trust yourself and trust the programme. You can do it!

I hope that at this very moment, you are out there and giving it a go! By week 5 it's a mental hurdle and you will overcome it. Have a shower then tell us how it went xx

Get out there and give it a go. If it goes a bit wobbly, at least you went out and tried. Remember, a bad run is better than no run at all.

Good luck x
