I'm beginning to feel like I'm getting the hang of this ! I definitely find it easier going out first thing but then I've always been a morning person.

I do struggle running up hill though. don't let anyone tell you Norfolk is flat!!!! I'm slowing it down with little steps - any other advice?

Don't forget to breathe.

You're not supposed to be Usain Bolt, let him do the sprinting!

Most advice would be if you're too tired, flagging early etc, slow down at the beginning.

I love early runs, I think they set me up for a productive day.

Those hills will have you well conditioned by week 9!
