Just completed w6r2 and going for 25mins next run argh!!
Week6: Just completed w6r2 and going for 25mins... - Couch to 5K
Week6

I just did the 25 mins run this morning. I won't lie to you - it wasn't easy - but it was doable!!

I'm heading out tomorrow for W6R3 and I'm dreading it. Determination and positivity pills required!!

I'm doing W6R3 tomorrow night and I'm looking forward to it, there are definitely some nerves, but I did 20 minutes last week so I'm 95% sure I'll be ok.
I have found it's more mentally than physically tough though.
Well done on R2, let us know how R3 goes.
Onwards and upwards

Slow, steady and you are all ready for it... the runs prepare you for it...just one step in froent of the other... enjoy!

Think of it in bite size pieces like you did for W5R3..just five minutes at a time...you can do it.. start nice and steady.😊
Good luck...
Thanks everyone feeling better about it - I'll let you know how it goes
