I'm sure you'll be fine thinlizzy. Half my post seems to be missing, my daughter found it the hardest on her calves. Not sure if it makes a difference but we normally go out when it's dark..
With you on that one! Had a terrible W6R1 yesterday - it's wiped me out for today as well I have a poorly chest which isn't helping. So I'm going to have an extra rest day before R2 - good luck and let me know how the rest of your W6 goes
I also found week 6 a killer. I thought after week 5 it will be easy, how wrong can you be. run 2 went better cause i realised it is going to be hard " keep running" it worked and then i changed my route slightly with run 3 and really enjoyed it. now let see week 7?. but it is great. started 6th of january and could hardly make the 60 sec. look at me now! i am so proud. keep it up, don´t give up, keep going.
