W7R2 - slow and steady

I wasn't feeling todays run when I started, and with new shoes t'boot. After a misshap with my running partner taking a squat right in front of me with no notice (causing me to hurdle over her and then wait for nature to take it's course...) Things settled in nicely, as they tend to do when you forget about everything and just run. It was one of those days where you want to run just a little bit more. Worked out to 32:44 running, but just shy of a 5k. It really turned into a relaxing and pleasing run! Amazing to find I'm really starting to enjoy this. My wife has started the program now too!
