Week one run

Good morning, I decided as I don't much exercise (other than when I'm at work) that I would give the Couch to 5K a try. I have today completed the first week this morning, but as I'm a shift worker I decided to do the first run twice which helped a lot.

I do feel much better and can feel the benefits after this weeks sessions and I now look forward to the next week segment of the application and who knows, maybe one day I may be running the marathon

Well done, I managed to go from zero to Half Marathon in about a year so it's definitely possible :-)
