so my lesson learnt this week was to do some stretches before runs. run 1 burning shins, b4 run 2 a few stretches - no shin pain but calf pain. run 3 more stretching b4 hand and no terrible leg pain. so pleased .. but have just seen week 5 runs ---- eeeekkk!!!!
