I should have done W5R3 yesterday but as it was so hot I did a run where there were lots of trees for shade. It was a long gentle downhill. Lovely to run, but oh my aching muscles! Runnning downhill obvs uses different muscles to a run on the flat.
Oh well, a weekend to recover and then its down to that 20 minute run on Monday.
