Just finished W3R2 8mins is a big jump from 5min but I did it 1st 8mins was great found it good but 2nd was tougher sun was in my face the whole time and it was hot. Stopped the clock for 10seconds and then I just kept going but wasn't easy.

Are you on week 5? you freaked me out a bit talking about 8 mins of running on my next go lol! I've just completed W3R1 and that was only 3 mins!

Oh god sorry meant week5 oops my bad. Just not sure if I'm ready for 20mins the next run but il give it a go and c how it goes 👍

I've too completed w5r2 in the sunshine and it wasn't the easiest task !!! Run 3 is planned for Friday eve when the sun gets a little cooler !! Keep up the good work though your doing great

I'm kinda looking forward to the 20min run I'm doing mine on Saturday evening I think it's the stopping and starting find it hard to get going after the walk so maybe keeping going could work 👍 good luck for Friday
