Just got back from the run. It is hot out there. Three minutes seems a long time was really glad for the encouragement from the lovely Sarah. Looking forward to doing it again on Wednesday. I did not cover as much in march league today than last week is this normal?

Hi,

I am new and not even introduced myself yet (!) but had to comment - I have just completed W3R1 too and couldn't agree with you more! 3 minutes is a long time - and I didn't cover as much distance either - I hope this is normal!

I found in W3 my distance also decreased but I put this down to slowing my pace so I could complete it.

W4 my distance improved and I'm sure at some point it will go down again.

Distance though is irrelevant, concentrate on pacing yourself so you can complete all of the segmemts without injuring yourself.
