A big thank you to all who responded to my last post. I was thrilled by your kind words about my 1st Parkrun and birthday wishes.

My son bought me my first proper running shoes, see photo. I've given myself an extra rest day after my busy weekend but will be wearing them tomorrow along with new running clothes from hubby.
