Today was definitely harder work physically than last week, but I got new trainers at the weekend (bargain decent ones at £20!!) which has made an enormous difference to how I feel. Also I have bitten the bullet and taken up an offer to run with a friend. She already runs occasionally, but followed the podcast with me. The company was excellent for the motivation! I think it's going to be once a week if we can, and we're already planning a parkrun at the end of the programme!

Thats great that you have support. I bet it makes it more bearable

Its good to have goals it motivates you. Just dont put too much pressure on yourself either :)
