W6R3 (by mistake)

Been for my run today after a few days in Alicante, and somehow ran w6r3 instead of run 2???, I completed it but was wondering if I should go back and run the one I missed??,I must admit that when the lovely Jo Whitley came into my ears praising my efforts and that I was HALFWAY through my run I didn't know whether to cry or push on, I did the later and I feel such achievement,pride and surprise at running for 25mins (non stop).

  • I'd push on as you've done the first 25 minute run, you may as well continue with week 7.

  • Well done for running for 25 minutes great achievement :) just move on to week 7 if you feel confident.
