Love a good set of data!!

This shows my heart rate spiking on the days when I've gone up to the next week in C25k. From left to right, the first spike is W2R1, then rest/run/rest/run/rest days, followed by a big spike on W3R1, and then the same cycle through to W4R1. To my vaguely-trained eye, that shows the training in action!
