I feel like I've made good progress in week 4. I do a trail run and normally have 10 minute 'cool down' walk back to the cabin. I felt so good at the end of this run that I ran for 8 minutes without issue, instead of the allotted 5 at the end. This still gave me a 7 minute cool down. This run has given me some confidence going into week 5! Ah, the head games I play with myself.
