I feel like I've made good progress in week 4. I do a trail run and normally have 10 minute 'cool down' walk back to the cabin. I felt so good at the end of this run that I ran for 8 minutes without issue, instead of the allotted 5 at the end. This still gave me a 7 minute cool down. This run has given me some confidence going into week 5! Ah, the head games I play with myself.

Good to hear you have more in the tank.

Just exercise a bit of caution, as there's many who ended on the IC who just push it a bit more.

I will, thanks for the words of caution. I already 'got the attention' of my knee pushing it a bit too far, earlier on.


It might feel like a head game, but i think the confidence is real - confidence is defined as, "a feeling of self-assurance arising from one's appreciation of one's own abilities or qualities."
