Week 7 finally complete

Well I did my final run for W7 today. It was hard, this whole week I've been quite lazy overall taking 2 day breaks between each run. I don't know what it is but I really struggle with the final 5 minutes. I always get through it and then when I start my cool down I'm fine again almost straight away. It's really annoying, but I guess it will sort itself out.

  • I found exactly the same thing - it's all in the mind. Kick those gremlin into touch, and you'll get there.

  • Yeah you're right. It's just a bit demoralising sometimes. I'm not going to give up though. After all I'm fitter than I've been in a long while :)

  • I don't think taking 2 day breaks is being lazy - I've found that necessary.
