Well thats my first week outside of c25k 3x30 minutes runs completed and the stats from heart rate monitor looking good good and constant . next week will step up runs to 33 minutes , or is a week too soon to step up the extra 3 minutes . i have been doing the runs every 2 days as found aches and pains needing the 48 hrs to get over the runs , not even doing a walk on of the rest days and i find myself questioning the wisdom of this . im already missing the structure of c25k , i dont know whether to extend the times adhoc or maybe just crack on and just step straight into week 9 of c210k . thoughts would be welcome . ive got this far and now that i have , i want to keep going forward and not end up stagnating

I think you should be ok to go for longer, especially if you do it in steps like an extra 3 minutes. Why not think about signing up for a race? I have enjoyed reading your updates and well done for coming so far!

There's loads you can do after graduating but just getting out there three times a week is a great discipline for a while. Run just because you can and get into a strong habit that will last. It sounds as if you have the right attitude to keep it going.
After a while you can increase your distance if you want to. Join the Bridge to 10K community for support and ideas.
And walk as much as you can, just move your body on your rest days. It all helps the running body.
You're doing brilliantly!
