Hi All, i started C25k a few weeks ago with my hubby, i sometimes do home exercise dvd's but never ran, hubby has never exercised in his life, he had a heart bypass 18 months ago and i wanted him to try and do some form of exercise. We joined our local council C25k and i must admit it has helped doing it with others. We do 1 homework run on our own and then go to 2 local council run sessions in the week.

Well last night was the start of week 3 and we were worried that we would not be able to keep up, they made us do a 90 sec run, a 2 min run, 3 min run and ended us off with a 4 minute run and we completed it :)

This is definately a mind over matter thing !
