I did it ran for 25 mins and did not stop

The achievement is fantastic I even lost 4 lbs this last week at weight watchers. Total weight loss 31.5 lbs

I have the running bug for sure

Well done I'm also at weight watchers and I lost more wen I didn't exercise been putting on since I started running but I'm not giving up coz I'm enjoying it

I stayed the same for 2 weeks building muscle and now burning fat

You don't build Muscle on couch to 5 k but you might tone up if you keep running and watching the eats 😃 You don't need any extra grub on the programme so just have a nana if you feel snacky when you get back 🙂

I lost an extra stone when I took up running, having already lost several at WW. I still run and still go to WW class. WW class is where it all began 😃
