Well I've started week 4 the first 3 mins flew by the first 5mins wasn't as bad as I thought then the next 3mins I thought my legs where going to give up and then I was glad to get to the last 5min run just saying to myself "u can do it" if anyone had heard me. But proud of myself it's done. Plus this was the first week I've had to run in the rain been very lucky with the weather but it's fine it kept me cool 👍😁

Well done! C25K is as much about training your brain about what you can do as it is about training your body to physically cope with running.

Ignore the gremlins.. they hate being ignored... trust in the programme, have confidence and just take it slow and steady!
