So a 5 minute run before a break tonight. Feels intimidating!

Get rid of that gremlin - you'll be fine! Just trust your body and don't forget to breathe....before long you'll be running for longer periods and will wonder what the issue is. The running and walking breaks have been building you up to achieve this, and will continue to build your stamina over the weeks to come. Enjoy the run.

Mine's tomorrow night :O

I struggled a bit last night as I went off too fast on the first run (there was a lady jogger coming the other way so I didn't want to look like I was going backwards, which is my usual style of running).

I think I will be drinking lots of water tomorrow and getting my brain into "we can do this" mode. Let us know how you get on tonight. It might give me some inspiration :)

Good luck!

No it's not! Don't build it up into something it's not. Chill out a bit. You'll be fine. You only need go very slowly and finish the session. That's it ....

Have fun!
