Good evening folks , another solo run completed tonite . It would appear the statistics for this run show it to be a lot better than it felt lol . I was up and out at 0500 this morning had a early pick up to do and didn't get in until 2130 tonite . Being a trooper i push myself out the door and get on with it , figuring that after a 3 day rest ,[as my legs were still sore from last 2 runs ] this one was going to be ok . I deliberately set out to try and keep my BPM around the 120/130 mark . Blimey ive never had to work so hard , but as the pic shows the work out was 80% aerobic and tells me that out of all the runs i did whilst doing c25k this one has to go down as ''THE BEST'' run i've done in nearly 12 weeks off jogging . on paper it looks the perfect run and the negative vibe i was getting from the run was all in my head , you can imagine my reaction when at the end of workout im expecting to see lots of yellow anaerobic exercise and lots of red over working power and speed lines and i find it was all nearly aerobic. Maybe the feeling of hard work was because i was really concentrating on keeping the pace approx 550 mpm and bpm at that level , i dont know . But funny how body plays tricks on you
