Just done my first session. As older, overweight and desperately unfit it felt terrible of course, but at least I did it. Just hoping I can overcome the laziness and also now the knowledge of what it is really like and get out there again on Monday. Really liked being out in the lovely weather, the voice in my ear and the music and did feel pleased I had done it (and could do it. I had wondered!) but.....

You've said it all. There's no magic bullet sadly but hard work and effort and sticking to the programme wins the day and turns you into a runner. You've done the hardest part in starting and I wish you every joy for this life changing programme. Welcome and well done.
