Couldn't sleep this morning, so headed out in the rain (with my new running shoes 😊) at around 6am. So chuffed to have completed run 2 of week 4, albeit sloooowly! (Torrential) rain very refreshing and helped to calm my beetroot coloured face. Bonus. Very pleased....

I have ran in the snow, hail and the rain and it feels so good to just get there and do it.
