So there ya go. Penultimate week in the bag. But oh my God today hurt. One of my hardest runs yet. Did not enjoy a bit of it and wanted to stop after 10 minutes. My battery on my earphones died half way through and the gym had none on as a spin Class was going on upstairs which had its own soundtrack you could barely hear. It just hurt like hell and to be honest I expected it. I'd eaten rubbish the last couple days and taken one more rest day so I was off sync a bit. Regardless here I am ready to face the final hurdle. 3 extra minutes. We'll let's hope they go better than today despite actually finishing. (see selfie for evidence of discomfort). ππ

Nothing worse than when you have to listen to the gym music. :/

Those last weeksβ of the plan are tough but they will turn you into a runner. Mind you, I would never have completed them if I had to do them on a dreadmill............ respect!!!
The home straight beckons.

Eaten rubbish? Why? You deserve better! Get back on good grub and you will have more energy to polish off the programme. Eat shite, feel like shite. It's not rocket science π
How come you are still on the dratted dreadmill, thumping out the runs? You need to run wild and free in the open air for your final runs π
Wanders off, I want to breaaaaaaaaak frrrrrrrreeeeee ... tum ti tum π
