Tomorrow I am doing a fourth run of week 2. My first 3 were on the treadmill but tomorrow's will be outdoors. My 11 year old son will be joining me - does anyone elses kids follow C25K? He is fitter than me and plays rugby so should be able to keep up with my snail's pace! Hope my dodgy knees are up to it.

How lovely for you to run together. There are lots of peeps here who run with their children.
Just remember to run very slowly when you make the transition from treadmill to outdoors as it's much harder to pace yourself outside. Enjoy!
