I've got that to look forward to on Thursday !!
How is it ? Is it really dreadful ? 😳
I was dreading it, but it's not all that bad. Just go slow slow slow and very steady. I picked up he pace a tiny bit for the last 60 seconds and I do mean a tiny bit. A total of 16 mins running or shuffling as I call it. My run 2 this week is Thursday and I'm looking forward to it after managing to complete today's in pain but not a huge amount and not enough to want to stop. You can do it.
