Eek, now I have to start W4 on Wednesday! So pleased with myself for finishing W3 but am wondering how I'm going to cope with running 5 minute stretches. It's my breathing which I really struggle with and if I could get that under control I think I'd find it a little easier. Hopefully that will come. Any tips?
