Wk2 run 1

Time to move to Wk2. It was a real mental challenge to get out of the front door and start C25k. I'm in my 50s, overweight and not run for 20 years! I had been really worried about what people think, but now with 3 runs under my belt I'm feeling much more positive.

The main issue I'm having (apart from hills!) Is my calf muscles feel like they turn to lead after the 3rd run - any suggestions for easing this?

This could be "The toxic 10" or some similar name, there are a few posts about it here or google the phrase.
