Wow I done it completed week one feel so made up. Running training is definitely helping my mind I feel the most positive I have felt in a long time it's amazing how an app can make such a difference and of course this app you guys and your motivation and encouragement is really helping xxxx πŸ’œπŸ˜ŠπŸŒΈπŸƒπŸ˜ŠπŸ’œ my amazing sister I. Law is up from down south and came along this morning she is an experienced marathon runner and she said I done really well and had a good pace on the jogs so that has made me even more pleased xxx

lol I thought the same when I started, as did many others! Before you know it you'll be running for 30mins 😊 Have fun!

Well done that's brilliant news. I went on a 4 mile hike today with my sisters. Week 2 run 1 tomorrow morning. So good to hear you are feeling positive. Keep going. Xxx

Thanks a million I know I shouldn't run two days on run but going to do tomorrow instead of Tuesday due to appointments mon wed and Friday will be better for me just hope I'm not too sore tomorrow as I really pushed it today xx
