How to get back after a break

Hi

I completed the programme about 4-5 weeks ago and was really getting into it but then had a weeks holiday followed by an ear infection so haven't run for 2-3 weeks. I feel like there is no way I can now do a 30 minute run 😞 Thinking of going back to week 6. Any other ideas? Thanks all

Just go out and head off on at slightly slower pace and maybe aim for a 20 min run, then see how you go. We do not lose fitness as quickly as we think. Also, don't be disheartened if the first run or two feel a little harder - you will soon be back to where you were. Listening to your body is the important thing. Good luck☺

As Sandraj39 says..head out...take it really slow and steady...listen to your body and see how you go🙂

Thank you both. I managed 20 minutes. It was fine. Not easy but very manageable.
