Good morning lovely people πŸ’œπŸƒ yeahhh just done my second run and managed it quite well I am so pleased, as you know I have severe mental health illnesses and this morning I was just going g to go back to bed after taking my little girl school .... but I didn't I got. Y little dog Barney my headphones and got running and I must say I feel a hell of a lot better now xxx thank you couch to 4K making the impossible possible xxx

Well done. I know exactly how you feel and pulling the duvet over me would be perfect. I did my second run this morning and really glad I did.

I think the first thing I noticed (other than the aches and pains) is just how brilliant I felt after having completed a run. I run in the mornings before work and although its an early start it really sets me up for the day, like I'm bullet proof afterwards. It doesn't matter what else happens that day I have my run in the bag.

I've seen some people recommend eating a live toad every morning. The logic is the same: After that, anything else that happens that day is going to feel great in comparison ;-)

I prefer the positive of running.

Those Microwave was always hard to clean after breakfast before....
