Got up this morning very achy and could hardly walk downstairs so considered postponing to tomorrow. But I had to take the dog out anyway so I popped a couple of ibuprofen and went out with my headphones on. And it went well. I "ran" more than I did on Tuesday and in fact went on to walk a further 20 mins as I took a wrong turn so ended up on a much longer walk! And am no longer achy. So all good so far πŸ˜€

Ibufren works only when your muscles are at rest, so best take it when you go to bed. We all, I think, experience walking downstairs like Frankenstein's monster, completely stiff-legged. It does get better. It's good that you walk the dog. It keeps you moving. I like to run after walking the dog while my legs are warmed up πŸ™‚
