Well that wasn't as easy as I thought it would be lol... slowed and ached on the last five minutes, had to really push hard to complete and couldn't stop watching the clock which seemed to take hours!

Hard to believe it's week 5 on Saturday... god give me strength lol 😳

Don't push at all! Really! Go nice and steady. Time, pace, distance are not important. Finishing is all that matters. You can finish easier if you are not out of puff from the start 🙂

You can work on the technique etc post C25k 🙂

Very well done! To paraphrase Laura, at least when you have a hard run you know you're gonna feel really proud of yourself once you've done it. It's amazing how long the last minute of a run can take isn't it?

It's quite unbelievable actually! But you are right you do feel great about the gasping for air and sweating🤔 it's quite odd really! 😳
