Having taken 2 weeks to complete W1, I've just done W2R1. Definitely felt the step up with the longer runs, but it was manageable at a very steady (=slow) pace. Feeling quite pleased with that, and looking forward to a rest tomorrow!!

WeLl done PruesDad. W2R2 just completed. Definitely feel more like a runner 🏃. I know 90 seconds is not that long but given I have never run for more than about 10 seconds at a time in my whole life, made me feel like a hero! We can do this!
Well done, you!

Slow and steady is very good...you are right to be pleased 👍just getting those runs under your belt is what is important... "Couch to 30 mins" would be a more appropriate title but I guess C25K looks better...
If at any point you're struggling on a run, try and slow it down further... My fast jog is just over walking speed... I can easily get left behind by taller walkers...
Take it gently, be positive and trust in the programme... You will get there.
Good on you for having a rest, there is that anticipation for the next run;( for me l just love it,even if the run next is not so good l keep looking forward to the next one). Well done and keep going,Stevy.

The important thing is to enjoy it. No 90 seconds isn't a long time, but 5k isn't that far when compared to a marathon.
But we are only challenging ourselves, and those runs are more than you have ever done before, so be proud!
