Coughing, spluttering and running?

Did Week 5, Run 1 last week, then got a throat infection and had a long weekend away so didn't run. Back now, still coughing and spluttering a bit, but keen to get running again. Thinking of repeating the same run (which I didn't find easy!) but not sure if I should be running at all whilst feeling less than 100% healthy. What's your advice please?

The cold rule: if it's above the neck, run, if its below the neck, don't.

By the sound of your condition, don't.
