With my bad W4R3 in mind, I was super nervous for this run - but to be honest it wasn't as bad as I thought! For starters, the continuous pain in my shins of the last run didn't rear its ugly head this time, and the first and second 5min run went quite well! The third run was hard though, I felt like I would overheat - the kind of heat that makes you feel cold - and at one point I was talking to myself out loud like a lunatic ("you can DO it Larissa!").
I do find that I prefer uninterrupted running to the interval running, I always feel like I only just got properly started with a run when Laura tells me I have to walk again.
Here's hoping the next run will be a success as well!

Well done, I wanted to go yesterday for wk5 run1 problem with my knee though. Any way saw physio today who said running should be OK just no swimming. So will give it a go tomorrow 😊
