Hiya , I completed day two of week 2 on Friday and was meant to finish the week today . However , I am not feeling great and the weather forecast is thunderstorms for tomorrow. If I end up having three days off and going for the run on Tuesday, will it affect my progress? Xx

Not at all. You'll be fine & you won't even notice the extra day off. Might even make it easier.

Better not to run if you're not feeling great, it can end making you feel worse, or disappoint or whatever.

Phew!!! lol I was really worried it might affect my progress and I would have to start again from scratch!

Thank you for taking the time to reply! Xx
