So Inspired! From C25K to Western States.

I just watched an interview with Yiou Wang, Lake Sonoma 50 Champion, on TheGingerRunner YouTube channel. Now, she's headed to Western States for the second time. Based on her track record, I am sure she'll win it. She'll definitely place barring anything unusual happening. Wow, what an amazing woman.

What got me was she started with a C25K program! Hello? What a testimony to C25K programs and a testimony to how a person can do amazing things once one gets out there and starts.

Forgive e please for talking United States runs to a UK crowd but that's where i am. I am very inspired!
