Well I'm really proud to say I've almost completed the plan, only week 9 left. just wondering what everyone after completion has listened too, who tells you when to stop and start running? I like the beat of the music on C25K and love Laura. Is there a 5K to 10K podcast?

Yes there is! Also there is the marvellous Stepping Stones, it's sometimes called C25k+, a trio of free podcasts with Laura, so you would be on familair territory. The plan would be to do Ss first , thoroughly, before embarking on a bridge to 10k programme. As everyone here knows my fave is Sami Murphy one. Good news is that both are free to download here
